We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Executive to handle student visa applications for countries outside the UK and Europe. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the visa process, preparing and verifying documentation, coordinating with universities and visa offices, and ensuring applications are submitted accurately and on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student visa applications for countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, Recent Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Oman, and other non-European destinations.
Understand and stay updated on visa requirements, policies, documentation, and application procedures.
Guide students regarding visa eligibility, documentation, financial requirements, medical examinations,



biometrics, and interviews.
Review and verify student documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and submit visa applications through the respective online portals.
Coordinate with universities, students, financial institutions, and visa offices regarding application requirements and updates.
Follow up on pending applications, additional document requests, medicals, biometrics, and visa decisions.
Assist students in preparing for visa interviews and credibility assessments where applicable.
