We are looking for experienced Solar Electricians for installation, wiring, and maintenance of Solar Rooftop and Ground Mounted Projects. The candidate must have robust knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical safety.
Installation of Solar Panels, Solar Inverter, ACDB, DCDB, LT Panel wiring
Complete DC Wiring - String wiring, MC4 connector crimping, earthing
AC Wiring - Inverter to grid connection, net-metering work
Cable laying, cable tray installation, earthing & lightning arrestor work
Testing, commissioning & troubleshooting of solar power plants
Routine O&M; - cleaning, checking performance, fault finding
Ensure safety as per electrical standards and MNRE guidelines
Coordinate with Design & Fabrication team for solar structure execution
Maintain daily work report and material consumption

Skills Required:
Must know Solar Rooftop wiring (1kW to 100kW+ systems)
Knowledge of Inverter (Sungrow, Growatt, Solis, etc.), DCDB/ACDB
ITI / Diploma Electrical, Wireman
Ability to read SLD and electrical drawings
Familiar with multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester
Willing to travel to project sites.
