Job Summary We are looking for energetic, dedicated Delivery Partners to join our Swiggy Instamart network. As a delivery partner, your main responsibility will be picking up grocery orders from designated dark stores/hubs and delivering them safely to customers within specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Pick Up & Delivery: Collect grocery and daily essential items from the Instamart dark store and deliver them to customers' doorstep.
Timely Service: Navigate efficiently using GPS apps to ensure orders are delivered within 10–15 minutes.
Customer Interaction: Interact politely with customers and maintain professionalism during order handoffs.
Order Care: Ensure items (fragile goods, dairy, fresh produce) are transported safely in the designated delivery bag.
Salary & Benefits




Base Compensation: Earn ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month (including orders base pay, surge pay, and distance allowances).

Requirements & Eligibility
Age: Minimum 18 years old.
Vehicle: Bike, Scooter, Electric Scooter (EV), or Bicycle.
Documents Required:
Valid Aadhaar Card & PAN Card
Valid Driving License (DL) & Vehicle
Registration Certificate (RC) (Not required if delivering via bicycle)
Active Bank Account (for salary transfers)
Device: Android or iOS Smartphone with an active internet connection.
Skills: Ability to read basic navigation maps and routes.
