Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Personal Loan & Overdraft)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
Drive sales of Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
Monitor daily team performance and achieve sales targets.
Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
Support team members in lead conversion and customer handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Personal Loans, Overdrafts, or Banking products.
Prior team handling experience is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Target-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
