Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads.
Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on orders.
Prepare sales reports.
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate.
Proven experience in sales or field sales roles.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Salary: 15k to 20 k
