Job Summary:
Looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to drive sales, operations, and customer experience for our service centre. Responsible for achieving business targets, ensuring profitability, and managing end-to-end centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets (glass & ancillary products)
Ensure centre profitability & cost control
Manage customer experience & resolve complaints
Handle team operations & staff development
Ensure SOP compliance & audit standards
Drive local marketing & business tie-ups (insurance/corporate)
Track MIS, collections & reporting
Skills Required:
Robust team handling & leadership
Valuable communication & negotiation skills
CRM/MS Excel knowledge
Operations & sales management
Qualification:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
