Key Responsibilities
Welcoming Guests: Greet customers warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations or explain daily specials.
Taking Orders: Accurately record food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serving Orders: Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally while maintaining proper presentation.
Table Maintenance: Transparent dirty plates, reset tables, and keep the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift.
Customer Care: Check in on guests to ensure satisfaction, handle special requests or dietary needs, and address any concerns.
Billing & Payments: Prepare bills, process cash or card transactions, and manage basic POS operations
