Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites.
Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety policies.
Monitor work activities such as:
Work at height
Excavation work
Electrical safety
Scaffolding activities
Lifting operations
Confined space work
Conduct safety induction training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all employees and contractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and submit reports with corrective actions.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and documentation.
Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills,



and firefighting systems.
Monitor housekeeping and ensure protected working conditions across the site.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors regarding safety compliance.
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for management review.

Ensure zero-accident culture and continuous safety improvement at site

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with solid experience in handling construction projects and site operations.
