We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and qualified manner, maintaining communication, and representing the company with honesty and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver packages to customers accurately and on time
Follow assigned routes and schedules
Communicate effectively with customers and the team
Handle products with care and maintain delivery records
Ensure vehicle (if provided) and delivery equipment are kept in positive condition
Follow safety and traffic rules at all times

Requirements:
Good communication skills – verbal and written
Punctual and time-conscious
Loyal and trustworthy, with a solid sense of responsibility
Basic understanding of delivery routes and local areas
Physically fit and able to handle goods
Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
