Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies for Jharkhand.
Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, and dealers.
Increase product availability in retail and wholesale markets.
Conduct promotional activities, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
Visit retailers, pharmacies, herbal stores, and institutions regularly.
Achieve monthly sales and market expansion targets.
Analyze competitor activities and submit market intelligence reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Plan branding activities including exhibitions, events, and digital promotions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
