Position: Direct Marketing / Direct Sales

Age: Below 25 Years

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities
Generate current business through open market/direct sales.
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources.
Meet customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable insurance/investment products.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Maintain robust customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidates with Bancassurance (Life Insurance) Sales experience are preferred.
Regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers to maximize business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements





Graduate preferred.

2–5 years of experience in:
Bancassurance Sales – Life Insurance
Open Market / Direct Sales
Insurance Sales
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Should be willing to work in the Delhi market.

Age below 25 years.
