Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Merchant Business team. The role involves acquiring new merchants and onboarding them to our payment and banking solutions, including QR Codes, Sound Boxes, and Savings Accounts.

The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, good communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with merchants and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new merchants in the assigned territory.
Sell and onboard merchants for QR Codes, Sound Boxes, and Savings Accounts.
Visit shops, businesses, and potential merchant locations regularly to generate leads.
Explain product features, perks, pricing, and usage to merchants.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new merchants.
Ensure proper KYC and documentation during the merchant onboarding process.
Follow up with leads and convert them into active merchants.
Drive activation and usage of QR Codes and Sound Boxes after onboarding.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant financial products.
Maintain accurate records of merchant visits,



leads, conversions, and sales performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant-related issues.
Track competitor activities and market trends in the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, fintech, payments, banking, or FMCG sales.
Candidates with experience in selling QR codes, POS machines, Sound Boxes, payment solutions, or banking products will be preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the local market and merchant ecosystem.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
