Key Skills & Requirements
Manage and monitor day-to-day activities at solar project sites.
Perform basic electrical work related to Solar PV Panels/Modules, including wiring and electrical connections.
Check solar panels, cables, wiring, electrical connections, and other site equipment.
Monitor daily project progress and report site issues, material requirements, and work updates to the project team.
Support site liaisoning activities with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure proper site cleanliness, housekeeping, safety, and material management.
Should have basic knowledge of Solar PV Panels, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
ITI in Electrical is mandatory, with 1–3 years of experience in electrical, solar, or site-related work.
Must be willing to travel and work at project sites within a 200–300 km radius of Rajkot as required.
