About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Production Assistants to join our production team in Hongasandra, Bangalore. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in learning production processes and developing technical skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day production activities.
Support the team in operating and handling production equipment.
Assist with DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing processes.
Follow production instructions and quality standards.
Handle materials and garments carefully during the printing process.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.




Perform basic production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Follow workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
Learn and adapt to recent production techniques and processes.

Training ProvidedFreshers are welcome. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided in DTG printing and related production processes.
Candidate ProfileFreshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
No specific educational qualification required.
Willingness to learn and work in a production setting.
Positive attention to detail.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
