Key Responsibilities
Oversee the setup and day-to-day operations of the franchise.
Manage and supervise Road Craft Mentors, Sales Executives, and Customer Care Associates.
Ensure compliance with iTurn's operational policies and quality standards.
Drive customer enrollments and achieve sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the HR, Operations, and Accounts teams for smooth franchise operations.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues.
Maintain franchise records, reports, and operational documentation.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in handling operations, branch management, or team management.
Robust management, leadership, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage day-to-day franchise operations effectively.
Willingness to travel as required for franchise setup and operational support.
