We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in an IT Technician or similar technical support role, preferably within a BPO/ITES workplace, and should be comfortable working in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and other IT-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Assist with user account setup, system configurations, and basic network troubleshooting.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors whenever required.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure during business operations.

Requirements




Hands-on experience as an IT Technician, IT Support Executive, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role.
Prior experience in a BPO/ITES environment is preferred.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and common software applications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Should be adaptable and comfortable working in US working hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
