We are hiring Admission Counsellors for Amity Online Degree Programs.

The role involves connecting with prospective students through cold calling, understanding their career and education requirements, and counselling them about suitable UG & PG online degree programs offered by Amity Online.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students.
Understand students' educational and career goals.
Counsel students regarding suitable online degree programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, scholarships and admission process.
Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain proper follow-up and calling records.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Candidates with sales, telecalling, counselling or admission experience will be preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday

Sunday – Fixed Off
