Job Summary

Star Pro Nails Products is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our nail products, generating leads, taking orders, and maintaining solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain and promote nail care, nail art, and beauty products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.





Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Requirements

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.

Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, telesales, beauty products, or FMCG will be preferred.

Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
