Key Responsibilities:Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales prospects
Present and promote products/services to potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
Track all customer interactions and update CRM records regularly
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to optimize outreach
Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services
