About Vergo IndustriesVergo Industries is a growing company building and distributing consumer products across different categories.

We are currently launching CapUp, a disposable helmet liner designed to provide a fresh hygienic layer for people using shared helmets.

About the RoleWe are looking for a Field Sales & Business Development Executive to introduce CapUp to bike and scooter rental businesses across Goa and build a solid B2B customer base.

The role is primarily field-based and involves meeting business owners, presenting the product, generating leads, conducting product trials and converting customers into regular buyers.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach bike and scooter rental operators across Goa.
Meet business owners and introduce CapUp.
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate trials.
Build and manage a sales pipeline.
Follow up with potential customers and close orders.
Develop relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Collect market and customer feedback.




Maintain basic records of leads, visits and sales.

Good at communication and negotiation.
Comfortable with field sales and travelling across Goa.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups and closing sales.
Own two-wheeler preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome.
