Cariz Musicals is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in music and musical instruments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in helping customers choose the right instruments and accessories while ensuring a welcoming and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting musical instruments and accessories
Demonstrate product features and provide basic guidance on instrument usage
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including guitars, keyboards, drums, and audio equipment
Handle billing, payments, and invoicing accurately
Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns




Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:
Prior experience in retail sales is preferred (music store experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of musical instruments and passion for music
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to play at least one musical instrument
Experience in music-related sales or customer service
