Equilibrium is a full-stack carbon removal developer building one of the largest high-integrity carbon portfolios from the Global South, with a ~20Mt CO₂ removal pipeline. We develop bankable, high-impact projects by integrating advanced climate science, an in-house digital MRV platform, and cutting-edge blended finance.

Our portfolio spans across nature-based and engineered removal: on nature-based, we have large-scale agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, and mangrove restoration initiatives; on engineered removal, we are building India's leading biochar platform with large-scale commercial operations. Key Responsibilities:





Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Drive target-oriented, direct-to-farmer (B2C) sales.
Proactively engage with farmers to promote Biochar product adoption.
Conduct village/field visits and individual farmer meetings.
Conduct demonstrations and trials wherever required.
Organise and conduct farmer meetings.
Gather customer feedback, videos, and testimonials.
Build and maintain dealer/retailer relationships.
Generate leads within the assigned territory.
Undertake extensive field travel within the assigned territory.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
BSc/MSc (Agriculture/Horticulture).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Comfortable with extensive field travel and village-level engagement.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills with farmers and dealers.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
