Role Purpose
The Senior Program Administrator / Senior Training Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end operational, administrative and logistical support for complex learning programs, leadership events and strategic projects. Working under routine direction, the role coordinates multiple HSBC stakeholders, manages program logistics, supports reporting and analytics, and provides on-site operational support to ensure seamless delivery of learning initiatives.
The role requires an organized, proactive individual who demonstrates strong ownership, attention to detail and the ability to independently resolve operational challenges while collaborating with project teams, vendors and client stakeholders. Works under routine direction and exercises sound judgement in resolving operational issues and coordinating program activities.
