Requirements:

- MBBS or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesia (MD/DNB in Anaesthesia).

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.

- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in anesthesia, preferably in a hospital or surgical center setting.

- Proficiency in advanced airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.

- Solid understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and anesthesia equipment operation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Ability to work under pressure, make rapid clinical decisions, and maintain composure during emergencies.

- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
