Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our QSR team. The candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the billing system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address basic queries politely.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the supervisor when required.
Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.

Requirements
Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
