Employment Type: Full-Time (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 per month
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2,000

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and a passion for helping customers plan their travel. You will assist clients with travel bookings, tour packages, ticket reservations, and provide end-to-end travel support.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in planning domestic and international travel.
Explain tour packages and travel itineraries.
Handle flight, hotel, bus, and holiday package bookings.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending leads.




Coordinate with vendors and travel partners.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass or above
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Travel, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field
Age: 18–60 years
Gender: Female
English: Basic English communication skills
Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling skills
Sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of travel booking processes is an added advantage
