JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service
Ensure that all incoming calls assigned to you of customers are answered. Answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Maintain a positive,



empathetic and qualified attitude toward customers.
Ensure social media leads (shared by agency via Google Sheet)& website leads are contacted and information regarding the call/WhatsApp be updated on Google Sheet or CRM tool.
Make use of positive language while talking with the customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and ensure all customer complaints are resolved and no complaints are kept open.
Keep updated knowledge about existing as well as current products so that no queries/complaints remain unresolved.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, unresolved issues as well as actions taken.
Pass the leads to the respective stores in case a customer is visiting the store, and take an update once the customer has visited the store and update on the CRM.
