Job Description – Bakery Production Staff
We are looking for Bakery Production Staff to handle all day-to-day bakery and dessert production, including ingredient preparation, dough and cake batter preparation, cream and dessert preparation, baking, assembly, tub filling and packing.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow standard recipes and production procedures.
Prepare, bake, assemble and pack bakery and dessert products.
Maintain consistency in quality, weight and presentation.
Follow daily production plans and hygiene standards.
Record production, wastage and mistakes.
Keep the production area and equipment clean and organized.
Work with the team to complete daily production targets.
