Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP COE projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex SAP projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide training and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Job Requirements
Strong experience in SAP COE, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Experience working with Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd or similar companies is preferred.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Solid attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
