We are starting a recent e-commerce business and are looking for a person to help us with the sourcing and day-to-day work of the business.

We will provide the product categories. Your job will be to source products within those categories and help us manage the daily operations.

Main Responsibilities
Source products from manufacturers, wholesalers and suppliers.
Contact and communicate with vendors.
Visit suppliers, markets and other places when required.
Help with product purchasing and supplies.
Help with the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
Handle basic computer and e-commerce work.
Help with orders, packing, shipping and inventory when required.
Maintain basic records and information on the computer.
Coordinate with suppliers, delivery partners and other vendors.
Take care of other tasks needed to keep the business running smoothly.





What We Are Looking For
Valuable communication skills.
Comfortable talking to vendors and suppliers.
Comfortable going outside for work when required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Able to use Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email and the internet.
Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.
Able to handle different types of work as the business grows.

A driving licence and own two-wheeler would be an advantage.

Experience

Experience in e-commerce, sourcing, purchasing, retail, wholesale or operations would be helpful, but is not compulsory.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and willing to learn.
