Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients/leads.
Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other sources.
Understand patient requirements and provide basic information about clinic services.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with patients.
Follow up with interested patients to improve appointment conversions.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
Coordinate with the counsellor/clinic team when required.
Maintain qualified and polite communication with patients.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
