Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in
designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should
possess strong expertise in up-to-date Java technologies, backend frameworks, relational databases,
and microservices architecture. You will work as part of a collaborative engineering team, contributing
to the design and delivery of high-quality software solutions while following industry best practices.
The role requires someone who is technically strong, communicates effectively, takes ownership of
their work, and thrives in a collaborative and transparent environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java, Spring
Boot, and the JUnit framework.
*Build scalable, secure, and maintainable RESTful APIs and microservices.




*Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
*Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best
practices.
*Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
*Write optimized SQL queries and improve database performance.
*Integrate messaging systems to support asynchronous communication.
*Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
*Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
*Collaborate closely with QA Engineers, fellow developers, and Frontend Developers to deliver
high-quality software.
*Support production deployments and resolve application issues when required.
*Continuously identify opportunities to improve system architecture, code quality, and development
processes.
