Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and client communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Assist in pre-sales activities and support the sales team.
Address customer queries, concerns,
and complaints in a qualified manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
Valuable listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in call handling, customer support, and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge and data management skills.
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: Diploma or Graduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales Support, or a similar role.
Hindi communication is mandatory.
