About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates to join our Sales & Client Relationship Management team. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring current clients, promoting financial products, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and connect with potential customers.
Open and manage Demat accounts.
Promote Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Identify current business opportunities.
EligibilityGraduate candidates preferred.




Freshers with valuable communication skills and an interest in sales can apply.
Candidates with experience in Sales, Telesales, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Sales and target-oriented mindset.
Client handling and relationship management skills.
Interest in stock market and financial products.
Ability to convince and engage customers.

CompensationFixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹15,000 per month
