Telecaller & WhatsApp Chat Support – Customer Outreach
MKF Trust is looking for enthusiastic and responsible team members to join our office team.
Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls and communicate professionally with people.
Handle incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages and chats.
Respond to enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Explain MKF Trust activities, programs and initiatives clearly.
Follow up with interested people through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper call, chat and follow-up records.
Achieve daily calling, WhatsApp and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with managers and team members.
Maintain skilled and respectful communication at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills.
Telugu and Hindi preferred.
Basic English required.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and computer/smartphone applications.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working from the MKF Trust office.
