About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
Promote and sell/rent Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Cranes, and Forklifts.
Visit construction sites, warehouses, manufacturing units, infrastructure projects, and industrial clients to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, project managers, warehouse operators, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment rental and sales solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close rental/sales deals.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and excellent customer service.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities,



and identify current business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in heavy equipment sales or rentals.
Proven experience in selling or renting Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Cranes, and Forklifts.
Solid understanding of the construction equipment rental industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and site inspections.
Must possess a valid driving license (preferred).
