About the Role We are looking for a committed and target-oriented Academic/Admissions Counselor who can confidently communicate with parents, understand their children's academic needs, guide them in choosing the right subjects/courses, and convert genuine enquiries into successful admissions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSpeak with parents and understand their child's academic goals, requirements, and concerns.
Counsel parents and students regarding subject/course selection.
Explain programs, perks, fees, learning process, and admission procedures clearly.
Build trust and maintain solid relationships with parents.
Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
Handle the complete admission journey from counselling to onboarding.
Resolve parent objections and queries effectively.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the academic and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth student joining experience.




RequirementsStrong parent-handling and counselling skills.
Excellent communication and convincing ability.
Must understand the admission/sales process.
Proven ability to close admissions/enrolments.
Target-oriented, disciplined, and persistent with follow-ups.
Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp communication.
Experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions, inside sales, or academic counselling is preferred.
