Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining loan products, generating leads, and converting potential customers into successful loan applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain Used Car Loans, Car Loans, and Vehicle Loans to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan guidance.
Follow up with interested customers and leads regularly.
Convert leads into loan applications and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer queries related to loan products and processes.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads,



and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and telesales.
Target-oriented and confident while speaking with customers.
Experience in Telesales, Loan Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or BPO/BPM will be preferred.
Knowledge of Used Car Loans, Car Loans, Vehicle Loans, or Loan Advisory will be an advantage.
