Job Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries from new customers, distributors, dealers & existing customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders & current requirements.
Handle order, dispatch & payment follow-ups.
Confidently communicate and deal with current & existing customers.
Maintain customer relationships and lead/order records.
Requirements:
Excellent communication & convincing skills.
Confident in phone & WhatsApp communication.
Strong follow-up and sales-oriented approach.
Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
Sales/Telecalling experience preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
