We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging content for our residential construction projects and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Visit construction sites regularly to capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
Shoot construction progress, building elevations, interiors, site activities, and project walkthroughs.
Edit videos into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and project showcases.
Add music, transitions, captions, text, effects, and company branding.
Upload and publish content on the company's social media platforms.
Follow current social media trends and create eye-catching content.
Coordinate with the site and office teams to collect the required content.
Maintain an organized collection of project photos and videos.




Support the company's marketing activities and increase brand awareness.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Ability to shoot positive-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
Creative mindset and good sense of visual storytelling.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Job Requirements
Full-time office-based position.
Regular construction site visits are required.
Candidate must be comfortable working both in the office and at construction sites.
Work from home is not available.
Candidates with experience in construction, architecture, interior, real estate, or related content creation will be preferred.
