Job Description

We are looking for young professionals with positive English communication skills. The candidate must have a moderate understanding of domestic or International hotels and packages and deal in the B2B space handling PAN India travel agents. The candidate would have to work on International tour itineraries, packages, Hotels, Transport, etc., and also coordinate with the accounts department for payments/remittances.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Travel Agent Queries
Prepare Itineraries, costings, and Proposals
Prepare Packages
Customer Followups
Reservations and Bookings
Generate Servcie Vocuhers
Payments and Reconciliation with Clients and Suppliers
Daily Reporting
Maintain Database and Customer KYC
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
Maintain and follow Company defined procedures
Marketing Tele Calls

Desired Candidate Profile
Moderate Experience in Domestic or International Operations within the Travel Industry.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Young professionals with valuable English communication skills
