Jeti Digital is hiring an HR Executive for its Raipur office.

We are a performance marketing and video production agency. We run lead generation for solar and other client businesses, and our Raipur team is growing rapid. We are building out a telecalling desk and shifting into our own larger office in about 2 months. We need one person to own HR end to end, so that hiring, attendance and team performance stop being handled in bits and pieces.

What you will do:
Run hiring end to end: post openings on job portals and local channels, screen applications, take telephonic rounds, schedule interviews, and follow up until the candidate actually joins
Handle joining formalities: offer letters, document collection, ID and bank details, and a proper induction for every recent joiner
Maintain attendance and leave records daily, and prepare monthly salary and incentive inputs for the accounts team
Keep statutory paperwork in order, including PF, ESI, appointment letters and employee files
Track team performance: help team leads set monthly targets, maintain KPI sheets, and run confirmation and appraisal reviews on time
Run regular one-on-ones with staff, catch problems early, and work actively on retention
Deliver induction and refresher training, and organise team engagement activities




Maintain HR records, policies and office administration for the Raipur office

Who we are looking for:
Graduate in any stream; MBA or PGDM in HR is a plus
One to three years of HR experience, ideally in a service business, agency, BPO or retail chain
Hands-on with recruitment: you have personally sourced, screened and closed candidates, not just coordinated
Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp and job portals, and able to keep clean records without being chased
Fluent Hindi and working English for offer letters, policies and reports; Chhattisgarhi is a plus
Approachable with the team, but firm enough to hold people to attendance and target discipline

Fixed salary of Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000 per month depending on experience

Our Raipur team currently works from the Regus coworking space at Magneto Mall. We are shifting to our own larger office in Raipur in about 2 months, once the interiors are complete.
