We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer needs.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel when required.
