Looking for an experienced Collections Manager to manage collection operations, external collection partners and recovery-related activities for a leading financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the performance of collection agencies/vendors .
Evaluate vendors, monitor their performance and manage commercial/invoice-related activities.
Manage repossession and litigation activities.
Coordinate with auction companies and law firms for repossession and legal matters.
Monitor litigation cases and ensure timely updates and closure.
Develop and manage processes for fraud, complaints, bankruptcy and repayment rescheduling .
Monitor and report performance of special handling cases.
Develop and document collection policies and SOPs .
Support collection process and system setup for new business initiatives.




Test collection systems and identify process/system issues.
Work closely with internal teams, collection agencies, legal partners and other stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in collections within Consumer Finance / NBFC .
Strong experience in collection agency/vendor management .
Valuable understanding of repossession, litigation and recovery processes .
Experience handling fraud, complaints, bankruptcy and rescheduling cases.
Solid analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint ; SQL/database knowledge is an advantage.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
