About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Manager who understands e-commerce, shipping and logistics and can help MozoPost grow its seller network.
ResponsibilitiesFind and onboard recent e-commerce sellers and D2C brands.
Generate leads and convert them into active sellers.
Explain MozoPost shipping services and benefits.
Build valuable relationships with sellers.
Help sellers increase their shipping volume.
Coordinate with the operations team for seller requirements.
Handle basic shipping-related queries such as courier rates, pickup, NDR and RTO.
Achieve monthly sales and shipment targets.
Skills We NeedExperience in e-commerce sales / shipping / logistics preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of courier and shipping services.




Good understanding of e-commerce sellers and their shipping needs.
Ability to generate leads and close sales.
Existing contacts with e-commerce sellers will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
