We're a financial advisory firm serving retail investors in regional-language markets, looking for an HR Executive to own hiring and people operations.

What you'll do
Hire for advisory, dealing, sales and content roles — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
Handle joining formalities, documentation, background verification and induction
Track NISM certifications and exchange/SEBI-related staff registrations
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and full-and-final settlements
Maintain PF, ESI, PT and Shops & Establishments compliance records
Run appraisals, training coordination and retention initiatives

What we're looking for
Graduate; HR preferred
6 months - 1 years HR experience, ideally in broking, fintech or financial services
Knowledge of Indian labour and statutory compliance
Fluent in Kannada and English
Positive with Excel/Sheets; discreet with confidential information

CTC: ₹18,000/- ₹25,000/- p.m.
