Role - Vice President (Regulatory Reporting/Trade & Transaction Reporting)

Exp - 15+ years
15 Years of total exp in Investment banking operations
7+ years of Trade and transactions reporting exp, into CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MAS, HKMA, MiFID etc
Individual should be managing the team on 8+ members covering multi-jurisdictional work assignments like exception management, reconciliations etc
Solid experience in Operations / Regulatory Reporting / Trade Repository Reporting .
Trade & Transaction Reporting
Valuable understanding of trade lifecycle across relevant products.
Exposure to regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, MAS, HKMA, JFSA, SEC, CAD , etc.
People Management role- Team size 15 to 35 Members
Global Regulatory Reporting
OTC Derivatives Operations
Post-Trade / Derivatives Operations
DTCC / GTR
Regulatory reporting for Credit, Equities, Rates, FX or Commodities
