Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to handle field-based collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining qualified relationships with customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential/business locations for payment collection.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, commitments, and collections.
Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding dues.
Coordinate with the collection team and reporting manager regarding difficult or high-risk accounts.




Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
Ensure skilled and respectful communication with customers.
Follow company policies, collection procedures, and compliance guidelines.
RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers and candidates with relevant field collection experience can apply.
Experience in NBFC, Banking, Loan Collection, Fintech, or Field Sales/Collection will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
