SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academic Head cum Operations to manage academic activities, faculty coordination, student experience, and overall branch operations at our Vyttila branch. MALAYMA SPEAKING CANDITATES ONLY APPLY ED-TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the day-to-day academic and branch operations*.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic schedules, classes, examinations, and training programs.
Coordinate with faculty members, trainers, and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses.

Monitor faculty performance, attendance, class quality, and student feedback*.
Ensure effective student onboarding, academic support, and issue resolution.
Track student progress, attendance, academic performance, and course completion.
Maintain academic records, reports, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch functioning.
Handle student and parent queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure discipline, compliance, and qualified standards within the branch.





Support student engagement, retention, placements, and overall student satisfaction*.
Prepare regular academic and operational reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.

10+ years of experience in academic administration, education management, branch operations, or a similar role.

Experience in managing faculty/training teams and students*.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of academic planning and operational management.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.

Prior experience in the education/training industry* will be an added advantage.
