Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, perks, interest rates, and applicable charges to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan or credit card products.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful applications.
Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the application process.
Collect and verify basic customer information required for processing.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and application status.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the concerned team for application processing and approval.
Maintain qualified communication and provide a positive customer experience.

Eligibility
Qualification:



10th / Intermediate / Any Degree
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, loans, credit cards, or insurance will be preferred.
